Product End of Life Policy
For Bertec products, the following End of Life policy applies:
Bertec will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide 6 months of notice prior to a product's End of Sale, at which time the product will no longer be available to order.
Bertec will provide technical assistance following the End of Sale date until the End of Support date listed. At Bertec's discretion, hardware may be replaced with a similar or equivalent product when necessary.
Software embedded inside hardware products will continue to be supported unless it has also reached its End of Life as per this policy. Software support may include technical support, bug fixes, maintenance releases, workarounds, and patches for critical bugs.
Bertec guarantees support for any product that is covered by a warranty or extended warranty contract. Extended warranties may be purchased for some Bertec products when offered. Outside of the warranty term, Bertec offers support at its discretion and may require a fee-for-support unless the product's End of Support period has concluded.

Software End of Life
The following software products have reached the end of their extended support. Keeping an unsupported software product may increase security risk. Bertec no longer offers software updates for software that runs on Windows 7 operating systems.
