Bertec Corporation is an Ohio-based engineering company that designs and manufactures force measurement devices for clinical and industrial applications.  Founded in 1987, we have continuously improved our combined efforts in research and development and production.  With an early start consulting in the fields of multi-component load transducers, engineering systems, orthopedic biomechanics, and joint implants, Bertec has expanded its interests to also include balance assessment and training, gait analysis equipment, and industrial force sensors.  Bertec is an international industry leader in force measurement technology.  In addition to our standard product lines, we offer custom design and manufacturing to meet our customers’ needs.

Bertec Corporation is committed to bettering our community by taking part in outreach opportunities. We find the promotion of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics of major importance, especially in the K-12 grades. We also recognize the importance of preparing college undergraduates, graduates, and professional students for their careers. Using our BalanceCheck™ balance assessment and training systems, we carry out fall prevention efforts, including fall prevention in-services and community balance screenings.
